These Terms govern your use of riiguna.com and any purchases made on the platform. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

Payments

All payments are processed via Paystack or PayPal in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Display prices in other currencies are for reference only — settlement is in GHS at checkout.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes once the courier has delivered the package to the address you provided.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Accra.
