Returns & refunds.

Most products purchased from Riiguna can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to return

1. Sign in to your account and open the order in question.
2. Click Request return and select the item, reason, and (optionally) attach photos.
3. Once approved, we'll send instructions on how to send the item back or arrange pickup.
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected, typically within 5 business days.

What can't be returned

• Items marked final sale
• Personal-care products that have been opened
• Custom or made-to-order items
